With inspiration and guidance from the Coalition for Life St. Louis, this fresh and creative approach was tested and adopted by Mark Cavaliere and his sidewalk advocates facing outreach challenges in Las Cruces, NM, which helped lead to the abortion facility’s permanent closure in January 2017, only 27 months after it had opened, and just 8 months after full implementation!
